Togo Shrine, dedicated to the "God of Victory" in Harajuku, holds its biggest annual festival on May 28 — commemorating Admiral Togo's victory at the Battle of Tsushima (May 27, 1905). A limited-edition goshuin stamp is available.
The shrine is popular among those praying for success in exams, sports, and business. A peaceful, lesser-known Harajuku shrine just behind Omotesando's luxury boutiques.
