Kotaro
I love the taste of this ice cream; the dark chocolate and raspberry flavors are especially delicious. The store is located on the sixth floor.

Giolitti is one of Rome's oldest and most revered gelato institutions, founded in 1900 near the Pantheon, and its Harajuku branch brings that heritage to the sixth floor of Tokyu Plaza Harajuku 'Harakado'. The menu features classic Italian flavours alongside seasonal specials, all made using traditional methods and quality ingredients that honour the original Roman recipes. Expect to find staples such as pistachio, stracciatella and hazelnut alongside Japanese-influenced seasonal offerings. Portions are generous by Japanese standards, and the terrace seating offers views over the Harajuku streetscape below, making it a lovely spot for a break from shopping. The cafe is open from 11:00 to 21:00 and can get busy in the afternoon, particularly at weekends. It is accessible directly from the Harakado building's lifts. Meiji-jingumae Station is the nearest stop, connected to the building via the plaza level.
