寿司 幸成(Sushi Yukinari)
会津産の酢飯と赤酢で季節のにぎりを味わう江戸前おまかせ寿司カウンター。
Sushi Yukinari is an Edomae sushi restaurant on the fifth floor of the AK Jingumae building, a short walk from Gaiemmae and Omotesando stations, where chef Kosugi crafts a fully reserved omakase course in an intimate counter-only setting. The restaurant is recognised with a Michelin star and focuses on seasonal ingredients sourced through trusted relationships with producers and the Toyosu market, with a particular emphasis on fresh tuna and sea urchin. The shari is made with rice from Aizu in Fukushima Prefecture, paired with an original red vinegar blended by a single Ehime producer, creating a harmonious balance that elevates each piece of nigiri. The omakase course typically includes around twenty items - appetisers, nigiri, soup and dessert - with both lunch and dinner service available in the seven-seat counter room, and full private hire on offer. For a refined, personal Edomae sushi experience in the Harajuku area, Sushi Yukinari delivers exceptional craftsmanship in a calm, welcoming space. Its dedication to quality ingredients and the chef's thoughtful hospitality make it a standout destination for sushi lovers.
