Tonkatsu Wakaba is a tonkatsu restaurant on the third floor of Omotesando Hills' main building at 4-12-10 Jingumae, opening as the brand's second Kanto branch in August 2025. The Fukuoka parent restaurant has been named to the Tabelog tonkatsu top 100, and the kitchen here applies the same method: carefully selected Japanese brand pork, cooked from a low temperature oil for a crisp, light finish. The breading comes out white and crunchy rather than heavy. The menu centres on tonkatsu set meals, with portions of 160g and up, alongside katsudon and seasonal specials, all served with rice, miso soup and shredded cabbage. Hours run from 11:00 to 21:30 Sunday to Thursday and until 22:00 on Friday and Saturday. Prices sit in the mid-to-upper range for tonkatsu, reflecting the quality of the pork. It suits sit-down lunchers, families and tonkatsu fans seeking a proper meal in Omotesando. Reservations are available, and the third-floor counter offers a view of the kitchen as each cut is fried to order. Official: https://www.omotesandohills.com/shops_restaurants/restaurants/009832.html
