About This Event / イベントについて
Namaste India 2026 fills Yoyogi Park Event Plaza (Area B) on Saturday 26 September (10:00–20:00) and Sunday 27 September (10:00–19:30). The Namaste India executive committee and NPO Nichi-In Koryu wo Moriageru Kai expect around 200,000 visitors. Admission is free. Rain or shine.
Restaurant, drink, retail, tourism and wellness tents sit around an outdoor stage for classical Indian dance, folk music and Bollywood. Food is paid per stall; weekend queues for popular biryani and chai are normal. Load-in is 25 September; the public days are the 26th and 27th only.
JR Harajuku (Omotesando exit) or Meiji-Jingumae exits 1–2, then a 10-minute walk through the park. This is the same lawn used by Super Yosakoi in late August and China Festival on 5–6 September.

Tips / アドバイス
Sunday closes at 19:30 — Saturday has the later finish.
日曜は19:30終了。遅くまでいるなら土曜。
Go at 10:00 if you want shorter food queues.
フードの列を避けるなら10:00開場直後。
Cash still helps at smaller tents.
小さめテントは現金が無難。
Do not confuse with Miyashita Park Bon Dance the same weekend in central Shibuya.
