Harajuku Studio Palette is a soundproofed multi-purpose studio in the Plaza F4 building at 3-34-7 Jingumae, a short walk from Meiji-jingumae Station. The space is designed for hire, with soundproofing that makes it suited to music rehearsal, recording, photo and video shoots and small private events. The studio sits in the quieter back-streets of Harajuku, away from the main shopping crowds.The room is booked by the hour and can be configured for a range of creative uses, from band practice to podcast recording and dance rehearsal. Its central Jingumae location keeps it convenient for creators working in or visiting the Harajuku area. The artists are excellent, though the air‑conditioning could be improved, which is why I rate it four stars.

It faces the street, but it's surprisingly hard to find. The building and the stairs are narrow.
