NOA COFFEE Gelato Kitchen is the newest venture from NOA COFFEE, a Harajuku establishment that has served freshly roasted coffee on Takeshita Street for over 50 years. Opened in October 2025, this gelato-focused cafe sits alongside an on-site production room where artisans handcraft authentic Italian gelato daily using a Carpigiani machine. The result is a rare thing on Harajuku's busiest street: a calm, craft-focused sweet spot with deep local roots. The gelato menu features nine rotating flavours made with carefully selected milks and ingredients, and the centrepiece is the order-made parfait system that allows diners to choose two gelato flavours, toppings and a sauce for a custom creation with a claimed 1,350 possible combinations. Gelato toasts, pairing gelato with banana or matcha toppings, and an all-you-can-eat gelato morning set add further variety. Dine-in and takeaway are both available, and the cafe opens from morning into the evening.
