LISA x MINISO POP UP STORE occupies Omotesando Hills main building B3 Space O from Friday 11 September 2026 through Monday 5 October. It is the Japan stop of MINISO's first global LISA tour, after ICONSIAM in Bangkok and before Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. MINISO LAND JAPAN is the local operator. Early days are not a casual walk-in. You register as a MINISO member, log in, and book a slot.
Booking windows that already opened
Slots for 11–13 September opened at noon on 4 September. Slots for 14–18 September opened at noon on 5 September. From 19 September the operator said it would post the next method on the reservation page and on MINISO JAPAN socials. Omotesando Hills' own event page still says a reservation is required to visit. Treat that as the rule until they publish a free-entry date. The booking URL in the 1 September PR Times release is a short MINISO login link. If it 404s, start from jp-h5.miniso.com/jp/login, then the event page.
Hours: 11:00–21:00 from 11 to 17 September. 11:00–20:00 from 18 September to 5 October. That 21:00 close is only the first week. Do not plan a 20:30 visit in late September. Space O is the same B3 floor as OH MY CAFE. Disney Villains cafe starts 17 September on that floor. Two queues can sit in the same basement. If you hold both bookings, leave a gap.
What ALTEREGO actually puts on the table
The PR set is LISA ALTEREGO Collection: figures, plush, keyholders, jewellery, bags, apparel, lifestyle goods, more than 70 items in the global launch copy. Japan stock is limited. Some SKUs have a per-person cap, posted in-store, not in the press release. Spend thresholds unlock first-come novelties, one novelty per receipt, no splitting the bill to farm extras. When a novelty is gone, that band is gone.
The room is built as a photo set plus an SNS campaign, not a silent shop. MINISO is also buying visibility on the Yamanote Line and around Omotesando Hills, so the street-level posters are not the store. The store is B3. Staff will turn away people without a reservation while the system is on. That is the whole reason they opened booking a week early.
How this sits on Omotesando this month
Omotesando Hills listed the pop-up on 3 September with the official banner LISAandMINISO_w1280h700. Contact on that page is service@miniso-jp.com. The mall also has tanakadaisuke's Star Haven limited store through 27 September and Grace Continental as a new shop from 29 August. None of those share Space O. You can do Hills in one visit if you book LISA first, then walk the other floors.
Meiji-Jingumae and Omotesando are both fine. From Harajuku Station it is a 10-minute walk down Omotesando. Weekend afternoons in this basement were already slow during Toy Story 5. Add a K-pop pop-up and a villains cafe and the elevator lobby will stall. Screenshot your booking. Phone signal in B3 is unreliable for a last-second QR.
If you only want one object, go on a weekday after 19 September, once they clarify walk-in rules. If you want the opening-week novelty, you needed the 4 September slot. Sold-out days will not be restocked as extra evening hours. They will just close at 21:00 or 20:00 as printed.
